Shipping policy

Shipping

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your purchase is made, it will take between 1 and 3 business days for your order to be processed by our warehouse. Packages shipped to Quebec will be delivered between 2 and 3 business days. For the rest of Canada and the United States, orders will be delivered to you between 3 and 5 business days. Please refer to your tracking number for more information.

Please note that during sales periods, your order may take longer to be processed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Sans Limites Cycling offers FREE SHIPPING for Canadian and American orders over $200CAD. All orders below that will be charged at carrier rates which are generally between $11 and $18CAD.

International Orders

We currently ship to Canada, the United States and Europe. For any order outside of North America, there is a $45 shipping fee. Sans Limites Cycling is not responsible for additional shipping, VAT or customs fees upon delivery for European orders.

* We are taking into account the amount before taxes. Free shipping does not apply to personalized and/or custom orders.

** Purchases shipped to the United States and Internationally are free of Canadian taxes. However, it is important to note that we are not responsible for your local taxes or duties.
