15 days to return your products.

If there's an issue with sizing or fit, you may return products at full price within the stated window after receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags attached.

Discounted items are final sale.

Important : Returns must be dropped off at a post office or carrier service point. Keep your receipt until your refund is confirmed.

   Request a return

   Log in to your account and submit a return request. No account? Use our guest return form.

   Repack your parcel

   Place the items you want to return in the original packaging and seal it. No original packaging? Use a suitable, secure box.

   Print and apply the return label

   Print the return label and cover the original shipping label on the sealed package.

   Ship your parcel

   Drop off your parcel with the carrier indicated on the return label.

At checkout, you'll see the estimated delivery date based on your selected shipping method. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number after your purchase is complete.
